I have 18 inch wheels and thinking of going to 20's after market wheels, I need to know is there a cheap way to get the tire pressure valve and sensor somewhere so I want have to take them out of my 18's and do I have to have them calibrated, been to 08 will do that itself. Thanks

Hi:
We always recommend staying with the direct replacement parts. As far as the wheels, there is no cheap way to do it.

I went to 20" wheels on my Silverado. Bought some sensors off Ebay for about $40 bucks for 4 of them. The dealer installed the new tires on the wheels and the sensors, balanced the wheels and programmed the sensors. They are working great. In fact, I stuck a bolt in a tire after running them 12000 miles and the sensor told me the tire was low. I am getting the tire repaired tomorrow.
