I have a problem my fuel tank, i'm not able to fill the tank due to the fact the tank will not let the air out as the fuel goes in. I removed the filler vent line and blew air through it and it seems to be clear, but I still have the same problem. Any help would be great! Thanks. Doug.

Doug, if I'm not mistaken, I believe that there are two vent--valves-- (if you will) -- located on top of the fuel tank. The first one has two hoses--the filler hose and the hose that connects the two valves together. The second just has one hose, connected to the first. One of these may be blocked, or some kind of insect or animal, that likes gas vapors, built a nest in one of these vent valves. Your truck is a 2005 this sounds like a warranty issue. Let me know how you make out.
