Did routine tune up plugs, wires, pcv, fuel filter. Truck stil wants to stal when idling, seems allright when I kick the pedal down. Fuel pressure seems to be good, although I havent checked pressure with a proper gauge it sprays out well at check spot. The truck sat for a while and I think my roomate, whom I borrowed the truck to for a while might have put some bad gas in it. (Siphoned) where do I go now?

If there is a chance of fuel contamination, you need to drain the tank, blow out the lines, replace the filter, and start there. Before doing that, however, I recommend checking the fuel pressure. You should be able to rent a pressure gauge at a nationally recognized parts store.

Let me know what you find.
