1998 Chevy Silverado Fuel Pressure

What Could Cause Low Fuel Pressure besides a bad fuel pump or low voltage. I only have thirty pounds at idle and twenty pounds at fuel throttle.

Maybe faulty pressure regulator. On fuel rail little silver can with hose. Remove hose pressure should rise. If not then pump faulty.

Ok. I thought the fuel pressure regulator was on the side of the spider injectors? Also what is normal operating pressure for it? Shouldnt it not drop less than fourty no more then fifty?

60-66 psi engine is it 5.0L?
