1991 Chevy Silverado no avveleration before warmed up

Why does my truck bog down only when not warmed up when I give it gas it bogs down but when I give it alot of gas it is ok just when I give it a little bit and its only when it is not warmed up once it warms up the truck is fine.

How long since a tune-up? Any trouble codes? Take the throttle-body off and clean it. Check the tps.

Ya I didnt take the tbi off and clean it I just cleaned it from on top of the motor is it hard to take it off to clean it.

Ya I cleaned the tbi but I did not take it off to clean it I just cleaned it on top of the motor. It it hard to take it off to clean it.
