1986 Chevy Silverado no power

My truck has no power. When im driveing along and I go to give it gas it pops threw the carb. Also when I go up hills I have to put the gas pedal all the way to the floor.

Check the timming and also look at the camshaft, popping thru the carb indicates the possibilty of worn lobes. Did you tune this up recently? If yes check plug wire routing!
