2003 Chevy S-10 sluggish start

About a month ago my wife let my engine run over night. Now when I try to start my engine its sluggish to start. It's not always this way though. Sometime (like before) I barely have to touch it, but others it take about a full 2-3 second crank. Whats going on?

Did it ran out of gas? If so check the fuel pressure and comeback with the readings so that we can continue

No, it didn't, it had a full tank and ran nearly empty but it didn't run all the way. Monday when im off im going to see if it fouled my pluggs from lack of blow out. Tonight im also going to unplug my battery to see if restarting my cpu does any thing, but its been more than a month now so I would think it would have compansated by now. Let me know what you think.
