2000 Chevy S-10 truck will not start

I tried starting my truck and it would not start, but then I tried jump starting it with caples and it started. Then I drove home and turned truck off and tried starting again and would not start. I tested battery with volt tester and battery reAD 12.44 TESTED altonator with truck jump started on and it read 14.66. Seems good. Checked starter rely and replaced with new one still did not start. Then jump started again and starts but does not start when without caples.

Clean your cables first then charge the battery and have a load test put on the battery. Alot of auto parts stores can do this. If you can start with a jump then i'd suspect it 's a battery. But get it checked first. If not a battery then it's a bad cable or something like that. That's why you get the battery checked.
