2000 Chevy S-10 engine dies

When I drive the truck it begins to jerk, and then die's out. However it does idol without dying out. It's just when I start driving when it dies.

If it has been a while since a tune-up, I'd start there. With my tune-up I check for applicable trouble codes. Also use a gage and check fuel pressure. Check what is listed besides the obvious tune-up issues.
