I ordered some new glow gauges for my 2000 chevy s10 and I took the dash apart and then got the glass off and there was a little plug on top of the speedometer and I tried to unplug it so I could pull the speedometer all the way out but the plug would only budge a little bit so I didnt bother with it I then tried to put the glow gauges on but it was also really hard to get on because of the needles and I didnt want to break the needles so I said forget it so I put the dash all back together and backed out of my drive way and put it in first gear and it just shut off and I tried to turn it back on and all you hear is the starter so I dont kno what happ the lights turn on and everything but the gauges dont show like how much fuel or oil pressure etc when you turn on the car so if you have any clue what the prob could be please help! Thankyou

Double check all plugs that you had off. Did you do anything with the ignition wiring while you had the dash out?

So it cranks but wont start? Start by checking all fuses, might have pinched a wire in the dash somewhere. Does it have spark? Also get a manual gauge and check for fuel pressure
