1998 Chevy S-10 four wheel drive

Hello I would like to know how can I change the 4 wheel drive module in my 1998 s-10 blazer it keeps kickin in & out of 4 wheel & when it dont do it it clicks like a flasher when it works thank u for ur time

My first suspect would be the switch itself. If switch output is intermitent, it will cause the module to drop out.
This can be done with a neon or led test light and should pulse with relay click. If switch output is constant, I would look at changing the module.
