1998 Chevy S-10 Dash gauge lights

While driving all dash gauge lights come on. Loses some power and seems like it wants to stall. Pops back on and runs good. All outside lights stay on when this happens. Sometimes the security light stays on until restarted.

This is something a pro is going to have to look at. I'd check for a bad ground though.
