The power steering does not seem to work at all. If you push in the clutch and rev the motor, its a little easier to turn. Also with the hood up you can hear the power steering pump working, but it doesn't seem to help turn the steering wheel. I don't really want to put much money into the truck and was wondering if might be an easy fix. Thanks

Sounds like the power steering pump is worn out. Remove the filler cap and see if the resevor is full and fluid is circulating. If low top off and recheck. If full and low or circulation replace pump. If full and good circulation replace steering gear.
