1987 Chevy S-10 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

I have a 1987 s-10 without power steering. Do I need to buy just the gear box and pump and a whole new steering wheel?

Ok, then yes you just mount a PS pump and change to power steering gear box, you don't have to replace the actual steering wheel. They sale these conversion kits for some vehicles like 70's mustangs and such, might try looking online for a kit for your truck.
