My S-10 Blazer will not start. I have checked the fuel pump and it is in working order. What else should I check?

Is this a CPI Vortec Spider fuel system or a throttle body injection.

Disconnect a sparkplug wire or 2 and ground it to the engine and have helper crank engine over-do you have spark-If so-check the fuel pressure to rule out the fuel pump/FPR and get back
