I am needing some help! I have a 1993 Chevy S-10 with a 2.5. A couple weeks ago I went through a water puddle and ever since I've had problems with it starting. Initially, it was starting sporadically, but now I can't even get it to do that. It will crank just fine, but will not fire. I have replaced the ignition module, distributor cap and rotor, pick up coil, checked spark plugs and fuses, verified fuel pump coming on, and verified gas in tank. I have also tried to spray engine starting fluid and even poured a small amount of gas in the carbuerator and still nothing. Prior to going through the puddle it never gave me any problems at all, but ever sense, it just won't start! Any advice is GREATLY appreciated!

You've fed it with an outside fuel source and will not fire up-double check for spark

We checked for spark. Initially there was a small spark but then would not spark any more.

Check and test all the ignition components, you don't have a sensor such as the CPS that's involved in the ignition system
