1993 Chevy S-10 rattling noise coming from around catalytic

I have recently started to have rattling noises coming from around the area of the cat. Converter. Nothing appears to be damaged or missing. The rattling stops when taken out of gear, and it seems to lessen as I accelerate, or at least I cant hear it as well.
Any thoughts or ideas would be greatly appreciated.

When you have th truck off, hit eh converter with your hand. If you hear a rattle then it may be your converter has broken loose on the inside. If it sounds ok, then try tightening your torque converter bolts as they sometimes loosen
