The Engine stalls, hesitates and runs rough when first started and cold. After it warms up it runs fine

Try testing the ect(electronic coolant temperture) sensor. With an ohm meter the ohms should change as the engine warms, it also acts like a choke for TBI.

Check the pre heater house located on the driver side. Its a flexible hose located on the manifold and goes into the air intake, it acts as a choke and its sole purpose is cold weather starting, mine comes off every so often and my truck will do the same thing.
