Crank no start

I have a 96 chevy impala and the water pump was leaking. And while driving the vehicle stalled on me. I have replaced the water pump. But now the car cranks but will not start. Dont know what could be wrong with the car.

Check the wiring harness for the crank sensor. This harness is usually runs along the front of the motor and may have been disconnected during the repair. This will cause the ignition system to malfuncation and prevent the car from starting.
