Hi:
The grinding is most likely worn brake pads that are cutting into the steel rotors and need replaced. As far as the pulsation, the rotors need cut or replaced. Anymore, they have become so cheap to purchase new, it's not worth cutting.

Let me know if this helps. Also, make sure the brake fluid is full.
