I have little flow comming from the vents occasionally. It will operate normally, the quit for a few minutes only to return to normal flow. My defroster works with no problem, alwaya alot of flow. The temperature seems normal when the air conditioning is on but it runs then stops, runs and stops, it has me puzzeled. Can you help me? Ric

Alright next thing youlll want to do is backprobe the blower motor power connector. Check voltages on all speeds when the blower motor goes fast and then slow. Are voltages the same or vary?

So the voltages do not drop at all. Just the air speed cuts out.

Ok. Does it do this on all settings? How much airflow drop off are we talking? Do you notice anything aside from the lack of air through the ducts when the air drops off and comes back on?

Check to see if when the air flow is going down that air isnt starting to change and come out of two settings instead of the one you have it on. If you snap the throttle all the way open for a second do you notice the air slowing. Or if air is slow do you notice them opening up?

Blacktop- I will get back to you soon- my wife has the car for a few days out of town. The air temp doesnt change much, just goes off and on. At low fan speed no air can be felt when this happens, when on high fan- some air can be felt- maybe a bit warmer too. When the problem isnt there- the air flows good at all speeds and is cold. Ric
