I have a 98 monte carlo with 120,000 miles on it. The car runs great new battery and alternator. The problem that I am having is that lately when driving the car shuts off while driviing the service engine light doesn't come on but the volts and oil light come on. If I try to start the car it just turns and turns and turns but doesnt start but later the car will start fine but goees through the same process again.I've noticed that before the car shuts off it feels like the car is losing power or fuel and if I hit the gas it trys to run but will die out anyway. Any ideas?

Sounds like your loosing fuel pressure. You need to check fuel pressure when it dies. You will need a fuel pressure gauge. If you find that is ok, then check and see if you have injector pulse and spark.
