My car starts fine and runs fine when it first starts then when it warms up it wont accelerate unless you push the peddle down really far, Also when I am at a speed of 55 or above and trying to cruise it will just stop staying at a steady speed and the rpms drop from 3000 to around 1500 to 2000.

Check your coil packs for resistance. Your primary (on the bottom of the coil so these need to come out of the car ) should have 0.3-0.7 ohms and the secondary(towers on the top of the coil with key on, but engine NOT running) should be between 5,000-6,500 ohms.
