While driving my car, jerks and acts like it wants to cut off, & feels like it's dragging down even at 60 mph. When I come to a stop it sometimes cuts off.

Hi It sound like u have a torque converter lock up problem in the transmission or a problem with the torque converter itself. Iwould first check the fluid to see if it is ok and if so u may want to take your car to your local tranny shop
