radiator drain plug location

I removed the splash shield below the radiator, but I can't find a radiator drain valve. I am trying to drain, flush, and refill with fresh coolant. I even removed the tube fitting at the bottom on the passenger side of the radiator and vented at the top, but no coolant poured out.
