Cooling fans not working?

Here is the information you requested. Since you mentioned the fans will run with the ac on that means the relays and fuses are working. The fans will automatically be on when the heat-A/C is turned on. It sounds like you are having an issue with the coolant temperature sensor when the vehicle is running and starting to overheat due to not running.
