Replaced water pump, thermostat, and some hoses. Now car is spitting out antfreeze when you drive it. It like its rejecting the antifreeze. Do you have any suggestions?

If you have coolant from the exhaust, then most likely there is a blown head gasket.

A head gasket can be replaced without replacing the engine.

The water pump/gasket on your V6 doesn't come into contact with any oil passages. Nor does your thermostat/housing.

On this particular motor, when coolant gets into the oil, it's usually via the intake gasket, though a blown head gasket is a possibility.

The best thing to do is rent a cooling system pressure tester and check it out. Also, a compression checker will tell you if you have a blown head gasket.

If I've helped you, please take the time to vote for me as my reputation pays my bills. Thanx, Ernest.

So I am just about done with this car.
I have changed the water pump, thermostat, fans, and the tubing. I have placed more anti-freeze in this machine than gas. THIS CAR WILL NOT STOP RUNNING HOT! The strange this that it is not constantly leaking ati-freeze and the problem seems to have gotten worse since I have had these problems fixed. I have taken it to a Midas, a mechanic and to a guy on the street and of all the problems they have seen, not one of them has said that I have a bum radiator.

There is no mis firing or white smoke. My intake manifold was changed fall of 09 and I dont see anit-freeze pooling there like I used to. However I am "leaking" antifreeze from somewhere because the reservoir never stays full.
Can someone please give me a straigt answer or at least some direction before I completly scrap this car?

Is there coolant loss? Has headgaskets been ruled out? Any coolant in oil? White smoke from exhaust? Engine miss?

2000 Chevrolet Malibu, replaced water pump, no leaks in any hoses, new thermostat and everytime the car is driven the coolant resevoir tank is empty when the car is parked. I put coloring in vehicle to see if it was going anywhere, it just seems to evaporate. The heater is working funny too, it takes a long time to heat up and it will just turn cold while driving. I'm not driving it anymore. Not sure what to do.

Go to the radiator shop, get a pressure test, or block test, this will determine if any HC from cylinders i6s present in the coolant, indicating a head gasket problem.
