Problem: Everytime the car is driving slow or at a complete stop, it cuts off. While driving in 2nd gear or higher the engine tends to cut out very briefly, but this only happens occassionally.

Activity: Recently I have replaced spark plugs, wires, and timing chain. I am under the impression that if my timing was off the car would not have started.

All fluids were changed and topped off, battery good, etc, pretty good upkeep on maintenance.

So I am at a stand still as the why I am having this problem.

Welcome, does it idle ok? You might clean the throttle body, check the tps and iac. Check for codes, some of the national brand autostores will check codes for free.
