I believe its in the steering wheel or on the steering wheel what type of problem are you having maybe I can help trace the problem.

The turn signal flasher is located to the left of the brake pedal. You will se a silver rectangular box that is strapped into place to the right and rear of this box is a square plug in that says "Combination flasher", this is the turn signal flasher.
