What is a 00401 exhaust gas recirculation flow insufficient detected where is it and how do I fix it?

Your egr valve is clogged, look towards the back of the engine, kind of behind the throttle body, there is a flat piece with a skinny vacuum hose connected to it, that is your egr, it will need to be removed and cleaned, along with the egr pipe that is connected on the bottom side of the egr
