When I have the A/C or general fan running and I accellorate, the fan completley stops and will start back up again when I am not accellorating any longer. WHY?

When I am in nutural, the fan works perfectly. The only time that it isn't running is when I am accelorating- if I take my foot off of the gas while I am driving, it pushes out air again. Any idea how to fix it if the voltage, etc is out of wack?
