I have a problem with the speedometer is not moving and the fuel gauge does not work too.

Stop at your local shop and have them perform a sweep test on the ip cluster. You may need a new one for the speedo. As for the fuel level gauge, it may be the same thing but it could also be the fuel level sensor also.
