2006 Chevy Impala Does a 2006 Impala LTZ OBD II log MPH?

My wife was in an auto accedent and a witness stated she did not stop at a stop sign. She says she did. Does the OBD II computer log the MPH and can the information immediately preceding the accedent be pulled off and analyzed. I need proof to show the judge if we are going to take this to court.

Only if the air bags are deployed, that info is in the SDM, sensing and diagnostic module. Which is part of the air bag system, it wont store it in the PCM. You could have the vehicle scanned for any freeze frame data, you might get lucky.
