2005 Chevy Impala Brakes

Changed the brakes and pads a year ago, now the car shakes like is going to brake apart when pressing the brake. The faster I am going the more it shakes when braking. What should I need to do?

That is caused by distortion of the brake rotors and you will need to replace the pads and rotors to cure the problem.
