2004 Chevy Impala Heat only on half of the car

My 04 Impala only puts out heat on the passanger side if the car. It has two heat controlls one for the dirvers side and one for the passanger side. A few months ago I replaced the water pump and thermosat because the car would not warm up. That fixed the problem but in the last few days I can not get heat out of the driver side of the dash. Do I have a bad control switch? If so where do I start to get to it.

More than likely, you have a bad or overtraveled left side actuator. If I understand it correctly, the passenger side heats and cools on command, and the drivers side is stuck in on position(full cold/full hot)?
