2001 Chevy Impala rough idle

Hello
my 2001 impala 3.4 liter has a lot of miles, but runs very well as it has been extremly well maintained. It has very recently begin to idle with a strong, steady vibration when stopped ( red light, stop sign). It does not do this in park or neutral, only reverse or any of the drive gears 1-2-3-d

any suggestions?

When was the last tune up? Also, make sure the air filter is clean. If all is good, you may want to make sure the catylatic converter isn't starting to plug. Also, you may need to check engine compression. That is a lot of miles.
