Hi, I'm having some difficulties finging what actually wrong with my car. This time last year, I was driving down the interstate and a "winding" noise from what I beileve is the front right end of my car started. I don't think its the transmition because the sound only gets louder with speed, and not with the rpms. That issue only affected my tired wear over 8 months time. Second thing, Regreatably a friend took my car for a "ride" he did backwards doughnuts. After he was done with his joy ride my cars power steering lost pressure. It sat for 10 minute and regained pressure. However at the same time there was fluid everywhere under the hood. Following that event the issue got worse. Now there is no pressure and it will not hold fluid. I'm not sure if it's a hose that came loose/busted/ or the pump is cracked. I have other issues. Such as a fuel sensor that has gone out, but thats ok. I have that under control. But as I wrote about above. My main concern is finding out whats wrong with that winding noise. I've been told it is the "rack in pinion" but then I was told many other things as well. I really hope you guys can give me some good insight so I can start deciding which route to take. Thanks, JJ

I think your best bet it take it to your local shop and have them look at the leak. Also it sounds like your front wheel bearing is going bad. One more thing, dont let your friend drive it again
