2001 Chevy Impala Fan Motor

Hi the fan in towards the front (headlights) is blowing while the engine is off and I was told that I need a new motor for it I was wondering if I could get just the motor or do I have to buy the whole kit? Also I was wondering what the name is of the motor?

Most likely fan relay stuck in on position. see diagrams locate underhood junction box

in the bottom side you will fine two fan relays pull out see if fan stops
