Hi there,

I would start by having the radiator flow tested, and make sure the heather is on when bleeding the cooling system.

The heater was on when the sys. Was bleed and the problem ocurred right when the level sensor was changed so I don't think its likely to be a clogged radiator

I would double check and see if the cooling system is full and make sure the cooling system has been bleeding procedure done correctly.
