There is a clear liquid that drips from under the car around the back of the engine compartment area. I put a catch pan to collect it and it is clear, does not look or smell like antifreeze. I stuck a coolant tester in it to see if the needle would move and it did not. I have not run the a/c in quite some time either. Any ideas?

I would have thought it would be from the ac but you say you havnt used it in a long time so.

And you said its not oily and has no odor or color, so that rules out brake fluid. The only thing it can be is, water.
