2000 Chevy Impala Vehicle stops while driving

My duaghters 2000 Impala shuts off while driving and will not restart right away. The car either does this in the first 15 minutes that you start driving it or runs fine, you never know which. It is getting more frequent, but may drive fine for 2 or three days then start doing it again. The car will always start if you let it sit about 1 hour or so. Twice it started right back up after a minute of so. The dealer said that the ignition switch was the problem and changed it. When we picked it up we made it about a mile and it died again. They came and picked it up and it started after letting it crank for about 20 seconds. They checked the fuel pressure and could find no problem.

Wait for it to die and not restart, then check hte fuel pressure and check for bright blue spark at each and every cylinder.
