I put a new one barrel carburator on because the old one had a cracked float, and when I put the new one on I have everything set right except it bogs down some on acceleration and I lose speed on the hills. It doesn't miss or spudder it just loses power. Any help would be apreciated.

Check the fuel pressure-should read 3-5psi-pressure checks out investigate the accelerator pump and power valve-make sure all the vacuum lines are connected properly
