can I put a 1995 engine in a 1999 van

You would have t omake sure the intake would bol up to the 95 engine. They changed intakes in 96 I think and went to fewer and smaller bolts. And you would need to put all the dress on from the 99 engine and you may need to change the heads. You wouldn't want to put the 95 directly in as there are a ton of computer problems you would have.
