We have a 91 Corvette with 350 EFI and can not get power to the fuel pump relay. The schematic shows an input at the ECU from the oil pressure sending unit. It shows (3) wires, however the sending unit (appears to be mounted at the rear of the motor by the distributor) only has 2 wires? When you crank the motor there is oil pressure. Is there a trick to determine if the ECU is at fault?

If your not getting any power at the fuel pump relay check a fuel system schematic. Not oil pressure. Check to see if you have power at the fuel pump fuse and that the fuse is good. Let us know

Thanks for answering this question:
Yes, we have power at the fuze and it is good. The schematic we have shows the fuel pump relay coil needs a ground from the ECU, and it also shows an input required from the oil pressure sending unit. It appears that if we can supply the ground to the relay coil, the pump will run.
