2002 Chevy Corvette Help me please!

I have a 2002 Chevy Corvette. It has about 77,000 miles. The problem is all of the warnings on my computer light up at once then I get a message stating "reduced engine power" then the air shuts off, radio turns off, door locks and windows stop working. Its not always contantly doing this though but when it does I can shut off the engine then restart it and most of the time it goes back to normal. I was told it was a modular but they can't seem to find the one not working. What do I do?

First of all check your battery terminals, make sure they are clean and tight, also check your auxiliary power cables coming out of the right side of the battery box, and make sure they are tight.
