Brakes problem
2006 Chevy Colorado Four Wheel Drive Automatic 28000 miles

had it checked for abs fault coming on every 2 or 3 times I drive it dealer said it was speed sensor / axle bad I was wondering if I could fix it myself without changing axle

The sensor has just a bolt holding it unless it's in the wheelbearing. So all it should be is a bolt and electrical connector, as long as you know which one it is and then you need the code cleared or it (abs) still won't work.
