2004 Chevy Colorado check engine light

I have a check engine light on and the code is
P0017 I changed the cam sensor and the cam accuator but the light came back on. Now l did a
volt test on the cam and the accuator plugs and im
getting 5volts from them.
now what I want to know is what is a
cam/crankshaft po correlation sensor b bank-1
and were is it located thank u.

When you replaced the cam actuator, did you replace the cam phaser and the cam phaser actuator?Was the head or timing chain ever off on this vehicle?Need more info. There is a couple of bulletins for this concern, need to know any other info.
