Check engine light with EVAP error

When my truck is tested the code is P0496. I have replaced the evap purge solenoid, and the evap canister next to my spare tire and I still have the check engine light on. Also my truck overflows everytime I fill up with gas, at any gas station anytime. I'm running out of ideas as what could be wrong.

It may be your fuel tank pressure sensor ids bad but you need a pro type scan tool to check this. You may also have a blocked vent line that goes to the filler causing the slow flow. But a pro should check this
