1997 Chevy Cheyenne Bearing problem

The left front tire, while driving makes a grinding sound, I replaced the break pads, and it's not the 4x4 gears. Also when the truck is jacked up, I can move the tire up and down with lots of play. Side to side movement is tight. Help

Needs a new bearing (hub). Not too hard of a job.A little further than the brakes, but not too bad. Might want to go ahead and do both sides at that mileage.
