1989 Chevy Celebrity heard a pop under the dash

I was driving down the road and heard a load pop from under the dash. I smelled nor saw smoke. Now my right side blinkers don't work. All of the lights come on and the four ways work, the right side just don't blink by themselves when turning right. My radio lost time at the same time it went from 1:30 to 10:30. I also started losing power. But after shutting it down and letting it sit for about 30 minutes it started back up and runs fine. Blinker still just don't work. Is this something like the wiring harness or should I even worry about it.
